Do you build new stores or redesign existing ones?
Both. Some brands need a Shopify store built from scratch, others need the one they have rebuilt so it converts. We decide together on the discovery call.
Do I need Klaviyo already?
No. If you don't have it, we set it up and connect it to your store. If you do, we review what's there first and build on what's working.
Is SMS included?
Yes. Text messages are set up alongside email in month two, for the flows where they make sense for your customers.
What do you need from me?
Your product details, brand assets and a few decisions at key points. We handle the build, the writing and the design, and keep you updated without needing hours of your time.
How do payments work?
$6,000 to start, which covers months one and two, then $3,000 a month for months three to six. That's $18,000 in total over the six months.
Do you run ads during Core?
Not in the first months. Ads come once email is proven, usually from the end of month four or five, and they're part of Auxrum Growth.
What happens after six months?
Most brands continue with Auxrum Growth, where we keep running email and retention and add paid ads when you're ready. There's no obligation to continue.
